Refund & Return Policy
At AURA, we believe in delivering only the finest quality products—crafted, curated, and checked with utmost care. Whether it’s a handmade creation, a pre-manufactured product, or a print-based item, every piece undergoes a strict quality inspection process before dispatch. Our priority is to ensure that each product reaching you reflects our standard of excellence and brand integrity.

1. Quality Assurance
Every product at AURA, including handmade accessories, resold pre-manufactured items, and print-based materials, is thoroughly inspected and tested for quality, durability, and finish prior to shipping. We take great care to ensure all items are fit, fine, and free from defects before leaving our facility.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Return
We do not accept returns or initiate refunds once a product has been delivered, except in rare cases of genuine product damage attributable to manufacturing or transit error.
To be eligible for a review:

  • The customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package for the first time.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, unboxing process, and visible defect in the product.

  • Claims without proper video proof cannot be accepted.


3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or returns will not be initiated in the following cases:

  • Any external damage caused after delivery (misuse, mishandling, exposure to elements, or normal wear and tear).

  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish that are natural to handmade or printed products.

  • Products that have been used, customized, or altered after delivery.

Handmade items may have slight imperfections, which are part of their charm and uniqueness and do not qualify as defects.

4. Verification & Approval Process
Once a claim is submitted with valid proof:

  • Our quality control team will review and verify the provided video and product details.

  • If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing or transit issue, we will initiate the refund or replacement process promptly.

  • This review ensures fairness and maintains our commitment to authenticity and brand reputation.


5. Refund & Return Timeline
Upon verification and approval, refunds or replacements will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return request:

  • Contact AURA Customer Care via text or WhatsApp.

  • Provide your order details, unboxing video, and a short explanation of the issue.
    Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.
