  • Handmade and customized products may take 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch due to the detailing and craftsmanship involved.

  • Pre-manufactured or print-based products are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • In rare cases of unforeseen delays (weather conditions, courier issues, or logistical disruptions), our team will proactively update you regarding your order status.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain value, as specified on our website or social media platforms.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via text, email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Packaging Standards

  • Every AURA product is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Handmade items and delicate print materials receive additional protective wrapping to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver every order on time, AURA is not responsible for delays caused by external courier logistics, natural events, or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
In such cases, our customer support team will assist in coordinating with the courier service for updates and solutions.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video before opening it.

  • Contact our customer care immediately via text or WhatsApp, sharing the video and order details so our team can assess and guide you through the next steps (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
